THB San Fermín

The hotel is superb. The staff were excellent and friendly (reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping). On our first night, we arrived late and they offered to include lunch on the last day as part of our full-board package as we’d missed the first meal, a great start. The rooms were slick and modern with a power shower and comfy beds. Bright and functional room plus a free beer in the fridge. The patio doors wouldn’t lock, I reported it to reception and they fixed it within an hour - at 8 in the evening, brilliant! The rest of our stay was a joy, great breakfast selection, lovely lunch and dinner selection with a live cooking station doing 4 varieties of meat and fish each meal. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg at every meal, all the toppings you’d need. Pool was excellent. Always able to get a sunlounger. Pool towels could be rented from reception for 2E (plus deposit) and borrowed until departure, even tho we left after checkout time. Best of all was the superb friendly service throughout our stay, including on the last day when we were given access to a spare shower room and bag storage area, secured with key and CCTV. I would definitely return, we loved it here.

The customer service was incredible. The staff really went above and beyond. Very friendly, yet very professional. Great sense of humour - we could have a laugh and a joke with them all. Our connecting flight was cancelled and therefore we couldn't arrive until the morning after our booking- I was panicking and persistently messaging the hotel to make sure that they didn't give our room away, and they were very patient, and, very calming and assured me all would be fine. They took into consideration my requests for a high level, quiet room, due to my husband being unwell with cancer, and our room was fabulous, floor 8 even with a beautiful relaxing view. The food was great - plenty of choice, and good opening hours. The bar area by the pool is great, and the staff there absolutely fantastic too, as were the main reception staff. There is a snack van for lunch during the day which is great. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to rush down at 6am, there are an abundance of sunbeds with umbrellas for those that require shade. The fresh water pool is lovely and refreshing to dip in and out when you're too hot, and a fantastic size and depth for those who wish to swim laps for exercise. I noticed the gym, which looked fab, but I didn't go in. We had some issues with my husband's health when we were there, and there evening receptionist gentelman was super helpful - calling us a taxi to take us to a local walk in clinic, explaining to the taxi driver where he should take us, which was very helpful during a worrying time. The hotel is in a great area - there are convenience stores in walking distance, a short walk down to the main road for all the bars and shops, and a short walk to the marina. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast, especially the order-made omelets! This could easily be a 4 star hotel. Pool area was nice, always available sunbeds. Great parking place availability and good location. Clean rooms. Polite staff, especially at the pool bar and cleaners.

The staff are very friendly are their hospitality is top tier - it feels like you are in a 4star resort but for a more affordable value. Maria (reception) and Cruz (restaurant) are absolute stars and made my stay even better! The food both breakfast and dinner was very varied and of good quality which makes it good value for half board. Also for those who want to keep active and fit while on holidays, it has a lovely gym with aircon and of you are as lucky as me you’ll have it all by yourself when training!

The room and balcony were beautiful and clean The food in the buffet was tasty and lots of choice The pool area was really lovely no shortage of beds and the food truck was efficient and well priced I really liked the vibe in the hotel, it was relaxed and a mix of young and old. It was very good value for money for the quality of stay we had.
